Investment Centre

Regenerus is based in the Investment Centre, a landmark office building on Stanley Road in the heart of Bootle town centre.

Regenerus manages the building which was created in part to benefit the local community – any surplus rental income is reinvested in regeneration projects in the area.

The five-storey Investment Centre offers 32,000 sq ft of flexible business accommodation, as well as mixed-use areas and a cafe on the ground floor. There is also parking for 52 vehicles.

The building features a transparent facade and a colonnaded walkway and incorporates a range of innovative ‘green’ features. It is heated by geothermal energy, a natural ventilation system has removed the need for air conditioning and recycled rain water is used in the toilets.

The Investment Centre is currently 100 percent let.  Tenants of the building include the NHS, Arvato Government Services, Sefton New Directions, disability charity People First and Delta Taxis.

The cafe on the ground floor is operated by social business North Perk, a subsidiary of award-winning Bootle charity Ykids. As well as serving delicious food, it provides catering training and experience to unemployed young people from the area.

The Investment Centre is an ideal location for conferences, training courses, seminars and meetings.  Rooms are available from £10 per hour plus VAT.
